Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Orders placed on gooddyeyoung.com can be shipped to the United States, its territories and most international countries. Unfortunately due to shipping restrictions beyond our control, all orders containing either the Creme Developer or Powder Lightener must be shipped via ground. We cannot ship the Lightening Kit to PO Boxes, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs, or Internationally. Once your order is placed you can expect it to be processed within 1-2 business days.

All shipments are sent via USPS. If your tracking number takes you to the DHL site please click HERE to track your package via USPS.

Pre-Orders

Please reference the date noted on the product pages of the particular items you're purchasing for details on when to expect shipment.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on USPS and FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control. Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time in addition to the stated shipping time below.

Domestic Shipping

USPS Parcel Ground: 2-8 Days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days
FedEx Overnight: 1 Business Day

International Shipping

First Class Mail International: 7-15 Business days
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days

*All international customers will be responsible for customs, duties, & VAT charges

If after you placed your order you realize incorrect information has been given to us please email support@gooddyeyoung.com or use the Contact Us form.  If the order is not on our warehouse floor we can make adjustments however if it’s already in process you will need to refuse the package and place a new order with us containing the correct information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. To exchange the unused product for a different color or product, please purchase the items you are looking for and return your unused items to:
